Required skills/experience

  • Acts as the first line of communication for our players
  • Creates and executes social media strategies
  • Grows and manages corporate and game-specific social media channels
  • Cultivates and maintains relationships within player communities
  • Collaborates with other marketing specialists to maximize social media reach and impact
  • Monitors consumer sentiment across all social media channels and derives practical recommendations
  • Creates copy and contributes to create graphic assets that engages fans and potential new customers
  • Fun to work with

Qualifications

  • 3 + years of community management for games-as-a-service
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for playing mobile and VR games
  • Interested in a multitude of different game genres
  • Good understanding of the free-to-play business model
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Preferred skills/experience

  • Community management for a game that has been released on Steam (during Early Access)
  • Inquisitive attitude, interested in contributing to cross-departmental discussions
  • Proficient in a second language besides English
  • Experienced in using task management software such as JIRA
  • Interest in new technologies and software
  • Able to play VR games without getting sick (don’t worry, we can test you during an on-site)
